Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Encoder Products 716-0500-HV-IND12-6-S-S-N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the 50W1FHC0A1AC2A4AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM75AB7CB1BAAA manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6050404003F0010UK000 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Endevco Brand 2710FM13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as 53H0226220 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6129003 made by Esec as well as the popular PM75AB7C41DAAU original spares produced by Endress-Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RY24 by Esc-Amicion and 53H0226220 spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 66NEMA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser.
